Submission Deadline is May 4, 2009 The 2009 Annual Student presentation is scheduled for May 8, 2009 from 7pm to 9:30pm. 1. ALL PRESENTERS (papers, posters, maps) must submit an abstract online.

PAPER PRESENTERS
must
present within a maximum 20 minute period,
including
time for questions. The LAGS will provide digital projectors, overhead

POSTER PRESENTERS
may
request an easel to
display standard-sized
posters.
An assigned time will be given, during which the presenter must be available
for questions near the poster.
4.
MAP PRESENTERS
may
request an easel to display standard-sized maps.
Presenters
must otherwise bring mounting equipment (e.g.
tape) to display
larger
maps on walls. An
assigned time will be given, during which the
presenter
