The 2008 Annual Student presentation is scheduled for May 9, 2008 from 8 PM to 9:30 PM. 

1. ALL PRESENTERS (papers, posters, maps) must submit an abstract online.

2. PAPER PRESENTERS must present within a maximum 20 minute period, including time for questions. The LAGS will provide digital projectors, overhead projectors, or slide projectors. Compact discs and USB sticks are preferable forms of storage for digital presentations.

3. POSTER PRESENTERS may request an easel to display standard-sized posters. An assigned time will be given, during which the presenter must be available for questions near the poster.

 4. MAP PRESENTERS may request an easel to display standard-sized maps. Presenters must otherwise bring mounting equipment (e.g. tape) to display larger maps on walls. An  assigned time will be given, during which the presenter must be available for questions near the map.
