Each year, the society offers several Dr. David F. Logan scholarships, the

universities south of the 36th parallel.
Public

Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, California. The main exception is the lecture
presented at the annual banquet held at a Los Angeles restaurant during
the month of December.

places of interest in the Southern California area. In addition, the
society may sponsor an international tour. Newsletter: The society newsletter, Southland Geographic Notes, is published 4 to 5 times annually.
